Our HRP conjugates are made by selectively isolating HRP coupled immunoglobulins from uncoupled, the resulting preparations give higher signal to noise ratios in blotting protocols. With HRP conjugates there is no need for secondary antibody in blotting and immunocytochemistry protocols tat results in specificity and significant reduction in blotting time (blots can be obtained in 90 minutes. Shortly FabGennix Inc. will be introducing two kits; "GEM MAX" for isolation of testicular stem cells and PDE4 subtype enzyme assay kit for screening PDE4 subtype selective inhibitors. The testicular stem cell isolation kit is based upon fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS) technique and PDE4 subtype enzyme activity kit is a 96 well format for throughput screening of drug libraries for PDE4 subtype inhibitors.

FabGennix Inc. also provides services for custom peptide antibody production in rabbits, chickens, goats, rats and mice at very competitive rates. At FGI, we also make antibodies to phospho-peptides for later selection of phosphospecific antibodies. FabGennix Inc. guarantees a 1:10,000 ELISA titer using primary antigen on production bleed or will redo the antibody protocol for free.
