Characterization
of Antibodies by Western Blot
Analyses (WB-15)
FabGennix International Inc.
provides detailed characterization
of antibodies by Western blot and
Immunprecipitation analyses.
For each antibody, the
analyses is performed by performing
a Western blot (Linear or 8-15%
gradient gels, 10 or 15
well/1.5-0.75 mm thick SDS-PAGE
gels) using customer supplied
antigen* which is blotted with the
pre immune, immune serum and immune
serum pre-adsorbed with antigenic
peptide.
The blots are developed
scanned, quantitated and digitally
photographed. A
publication quality print of the gel
and the digitized image data is
provided on a CD.
For expediated analyses this
data is electronically submitted to
the client.
Immunoprecipitation and
immuno-pull down assay services are
also available upon request.
We guarantee the
reproducibility with in + 15%
of error of margin.

A letter of Assurance from

required stating that the supplied

antigens to be used to characterize
the antibodies are non-pathologic
and non-pathogenic.
